Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. If you have any questions please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date.
All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars.
The purchase of products cybele.co.nz is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with New Zealand law. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. When providing payment details customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct. cybele.co.nz is only available to customers who meet our terms of eligibility. Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit. cybele.co.nz reserves the right to decline multiple quantities to one customer or address.
Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard. Payment will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. The credit card you are using must be yours. All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorize the payment cybele.co.nz will not be held responsible for any non-delivery. cybele.co.nz takes every precaution to make our site as secure as possible. Your personal information is encrypted using SSL and password-protected to prevent unauthorised access to it. We do not retain your credit card information.
When converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation of between 2 and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges.
After entering your credit card details you will see a review of your order. Please check this over carefully before clicking on Place Order. If you think you have placed an order in error please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with as many details as possible.
If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size or if you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com 7 days from the date of purchase. You will be sent an email containing a Return Authorization number and instructions on returning the item. The item must then be returned within 14 days to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Shipping your item back to cybele.co.nz will be your responsibility. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure it is in the original condition has not been damaged or worn and that the tags are still in place, the new size will be dispatched or a refund of the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser's credit card. If goods are eligible for a refund, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the items by cybele.co.nz. No additional delivery fees will be charged for the exchange.
If you receive a faulty product, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and the item will be exchanged for you.
Please note: Returned goods will not be accepted without a Returns Authorization number.
Any refunds processed to an international credit card will be calculated using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed. cybele.co.nz takes no responsibility for any difference between the refund rate and the rate that the initial purchase was processed at.
The return delivery address for cybele.co.nz is Cybele Workroom, 17 Te Wiata Pl, Avondale, Auckland 1348.
Please remember to retain proof of postage for your reference. We suggest you insure your package for the full value of the contents and request Return Signature Required, as we cannot be responsible for packages we do not receive.
Please note: There are no refunds or exchanges on sale goods. Sale goods are final sale only. Sale prices may vary between items in store and online.
All personal details provided will remain with cybele.co.nz and will not under any circumstances be distributed to third parties. Your details will be kept on a private database for cybele.co.nz use only.
All New Zealand purchases are delivered free of charge using Courier Post or Apparel Line, your tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please note we can only deliver to a physical address, not a PO Box.
International orders are sent by Express Courier.

Every legal effort is made by cybele.co.nz to minimize the likelihood of local taxes and duties being imposed. However we cannot guarantee that taxes will not be levied and in the event of this happening they are the responsibility of the purchaser.
